  1. 01Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Sylwia Burczyńska, a personal trainer based in Motherwell (Scotland, United Kingdom). For anything related to your data, email: sylwia.burczynska@wp.pl.

  2. 02What data I collect

Through the contact form I only collect: your name, email address, the type of coaching you’re interested in and your message. If you contact me directly by email, WhatsApp or social media, I process the information you choose to share.

Please don’t include any health information in the form — if it’s needed to create a safe training plan, we’ll discuss it individually.

  3. 03Why I use it

I use your data only to reply to your message and — if you decide to work with me — to arrange the details of our coaching. I don’t send newsletters or adverts, and I never sell your data.

The legal basis is the consent you give in the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) UK GDPR / GDPR).

  4. 04Who I share it with

I use trusted services that keep the website running and handle messages: the hosting company whose servers run this website, Web3Forms (which forwards form messages to my email) and my email provider wp.pl. If you message me on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these companies may process data outside the UK and EU — they do so under standard legal safeguards.

  5. 05How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as our conversation lasts and then for up to 12 months. If you become my client, I keep the data needed for coaching for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires.

  6. 06Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or receive a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent. Just email sylwia.burczynska@wp.pl.

If you think your data is being handled improperly, you can complain to the supervisory authority — in the UK, that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

  7. 07Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking cookies or analytics tools and doesn’t show adverts. Your browser may only remember the language you chose.

  8. 08Changes to this policy

If anything changes (for example, a new tool on the website), I’ll update this policy and the date at the top of the page.
